I am pleased to have recently been asked to serve as Legal Advisor to RBC.  

By way of introduction, I have been an avid cyclist for almost 50 of my 55 years-- I have raced, toured, commuted-- on virtually every kind of bike-- road, mountain, cyclocross, tandem.  I LOVE cycling as it has greatly enriched my life.

I also love my career as a lawyer.  For almost 30 years, I have proudly represented the injured-- car wrecks, truck collisions, falls, dog bites, etc.  Sadly, over the years, I have represented way too many of my bike riding friends who have been injured or killed in crashes.  I was selected by BikeLaw.com, a national network of bike crash lawyers, to be their lawyer for NY & PA cases.

Over the years, I have spent countless hours advocating for cycling safety and currently serve as President of the NY Bicycling Coalition.  

I look forward to working with RBC and hope to meet many of you out on the road.
